Retirement
We believe that every person has the right to retire and not need to work well into their final years of life. We offer a 401k to all tenured employees with the goal that when the time comes, they are able to retire and live comfortably, spending the days with their friends and family.
Paid Leave
With a true commitment to supporting our families and their employees, we offer paid leave and several paid holidays to tenured employees. We believe that rest is important and necessary for the building of communities.
